I think I’m relaxed now. Can you tell?
Filed under: The Fosters; No CommentsI think Madonna has come around now and is a little more relaxed.
She liked to jump in my lap when I’m on the bed watching tv now. I didn’t use to watch tv in my room but since she’s locked in the room I thought I should sit in here for awhile each day. Sometimes she’ll greet me and sometimes she’s feeding so she stays in the box. When that happens I sit on the bed and watch some TiVo’d recordings. Once they’re all asleep she pops out to visit.

Weight updates
Filed under: The Fosters; No CommentsI think I’ll make this the last update on their weights. Not that they aren’t being weighed anymore, just that it’s pretty boring :). Unless there is a problem or something extrodinary to report I think I’ll just not do it.
All kitties are up as usual. In fact they’ve all doubled in weight since they were born. I think that’s about the right way for them so it looks like we’re on track.
That’s a good thing.

Someone wants to say hi!
Filed under: The Fosters;1 CommentThis is thumper. he’s a tiny little boy 4 days of age. He’s not quite old enough to buy beer but he’s trying.
The two tabby’s both look exactly alike. I called him the football player because it looks like he has that eye black on his face.

Happy Sunday!
Filed under: The Fosters;4 CommentsNot much to report. The babies sure are growing though! look how big they’re getting!
I’ll be doing a weigh in shortly. I was hoping to take one or two kittens out to get some good pictures but the moment you remove them from mom they instinctively try rooting around and finding her. I knew kittens were born blind but I didn’t know they are born deaf too! They survive at a young age by the sense of smell and tactile feel. Interesting!
They did get a clean house this morning so I’m sure it smells better for them.
FYI: this pic is not mom rolling over for the kittens to nurse. it’s mom rolling onto her back so she can get tummy rubs.
she flings babies everywhere when she does it.
