Happy Sunday!
Filed under: The Fosters;Not much to report. The babies sure are growing though! look how big they’re getting!
I’ll be doing a weigh in shortly. I was hoping to take one or two kittens out to get some good pictures but the moment you remove them from mom they instinctively try rooting around and finding her. I knew kittens were born blind but I didn’t know they are born deaf too! They survive at a young age by the sense of smell and tactile feel. Interesting!
They did get a clean house this morning so I’m sure it smells better for them.
FYI: this pic is not mom rolling over for the kittens to nurse. it’s mom rolling onto her back so she can get tummy rubs.
she flings babies everywhere when she does it.

After a long days work I simply love coming here to see how well all the young ones and mom are doing.
Really puts things into perspective.

Ahh they’re doing GREAT now! The white ones will definitely be pointed but I don’t know what color yet. It looks to me like blue gray, but the nose is dark brown now so i have no idea. from what I’m told it’s way too early to tell. I’m a member on a large cat forum that has given me great advice. But due to a really ignorant occurrence I’m not going to advertise the forum here.
I really appreciate you coming by!

Don’t count your pointed kittens before they grow points - I have my theories on what colors your “white” cats may be!

OK give it up! What do you think we’re seeing with the white ones? I’m excited to see what changes they make.
Do you not think they’ll be white?
